These terms apply when you use fitBud on the web or as an app. By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. fitBud is not medical advice
fitBud gives general information about food, exercise, yoga and family budgeting. It does not diagnose or treat any illness and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist.
- Talk to your doctor before changing your diet or starting exercise or yoga, especially if you are pregnant, over 60, or have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart, joint or other conditions.
- Stop any exercise or pose that causes pain, dizziness or breathlessness.
- Medicine reminders are a help only. Always follow your doctor's prescription.
- AI meal checks give estimates. They can be wrong. Do not use them to dose insulin or other medicines.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account. You may add family members, including children, whose details you are allowed to share.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give correct information; wrong age, weight or health details give wrong plans.
3. Fair use
Do not misuse fitBud: no attempts to break in, overload the service, copy the content in bulk, or use it for anything illegal. We may limit or close accounts that do.
4. Plans and payments
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (such as Pro) are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Prices are shown in rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Some features have monthly limits (for example the number of AI meal checks). Limits are shown in the app.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund Policy.
5. Content and videos
Meal plans, recipes, text and design in fitBud belong to fitBud. Exercise and yoga videos are used under their creators' licences and credited in the app (for example "Kerala Tourism · Royalty-free video" and Pexels / Mixkit creators). You may use the app for your own family; do not republish its content.
6. Availability
We work to keep fitBud running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. Features may be added, changed or removed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, fitBud is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, or for health outcomes of decisions made without medical advice. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; we try to solve every problem quickly. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
